Center Cut Bacon
All of our bacon is center cut – a leaner cut that packs more meat per strip. Try it on the side of your favorite breakfast entree, or with lettuce, tomato and our deli meat on a lunch sandwich, or even wrapped around steak at dinner.
Our hand-selected, Center Cut Bacon is sugar cured before getting slow-smoked over real hardwood. The result is a superior taste and quality that can only come from a traditional smoking method. Each premium strip of bacon is fresh and never frozen so the flavor and texture stays natural.
To Fry: Place slices in unheated skillet. Cook over medium to medium high heat, turning occasionally, to achieve desired crispness. Drain on paper towels.
To Bake: Place separated bacon slices on rack in shallow pan. Bake about 15 minutes in 400°F oven to desired crispness. No turning necessary.
Product should reach a surface temperature of 200°F.
