Spiral Sliced Bone-In Ham
A favorite from the Old Country Store, our bone-in, Spiral Sliced Hams make an extra special centerpiece to gather round at the holidays. We hope it’s as popular with your friends, family, and loved ones as it is with ours.
These hams are smoked over natural hardwoods, slow-cooked, and cured until they’re both tender and flavorful. Each ham is hand-selected, trimmed and packaged with a sweet, savory glaze so it looks as good as it tastes. Available seasonally at supermarkets and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.
- Heat oven to 275°F.
- Remove all packaging including the clear "button" on bone of ham.
- Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Ham should be cooked flat/face side down.
- Heat at 275°F for approximately 15 minutes per pound until heated through (see chart below). Do not overheat.
- Remove ham from oven and increase temperature to 425°F. Transfer glaze to microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds. Brush or spoon prepared glaze over ham and between slices. Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
